I have full right to decline any commission without the need of an explanation.

Emote commissions are made for none other than the client.

Commissions are for personal use only. The only profit made with commissioned emotes will be in the form of subscriptions. Client may NOT use emotes as merchandise, and may NOT resell emotes. (Client can talk with me for questions about commercial use)

Full payment MUST be sent by the client before any work is done on the emote commission. Payment will be USD only, via PayPal

If I feel like I can't finish your piece, I will refund you in full. Otherwise, refunds are NOT accepted.

Revisions can be negotiated throughout the piece. I'm generally accepting towards changes early on, but I will be much more likely to decline major revisions later in the work. I have full right to decline revisions.

Once the commission is complete, I have no responsibility for further edits, though you may still request any.

Emote commission may NOT be edited or altered by anyone other than myself. Simple cropping is fine.

Watermark MUST be included if commissioned emotes are posted in public (ie: social media).

We'll start by just chatting about what you want in this commission. This stage is usually before payment. Be as clear as you can, and please send me as much reference of the character as you can!

After receiving payment, I will get started on your piece as soon as is convenient for me. I'll do my best to get you at least a sketch within 2 weeks, but it all depends on my schedule and backlog.

I'll send you the sketch as soon as it's complete. I'll ask for any revisions before moving on, as it's easiest to do at this stage.

Once you're happy with the sketch, I'll get going with the line art and base colors. I'll peek in again at this stage for any more revisions; after this point, I'm much less likely to accept any revisions, so make sure you're happy with it!

After getting the OK, I'll continue rendering the rest of the emote. After that's done, we're finished! I'll send you the final results through Discord, Twitter, or Email (whichever we were communicating through)
